We had conversations through phone calls as well as texting before booking an appointment. I also make it clear what kind of hairstyle and colours I am after and send a few samples. When we got there, she had no colour extension and other materials that I requested and had no knowledge about the style we were after. I was very very disappointed and had to find someone else at the last minute.
