iGenius Mobilefix - Mobile Phone Repairs Newcastle

Had my phone screen replaced a while back - Man who did it was very friendly and nice, and the screen has been working great ever since but a couple things bothered me1. I was quoted a bit over $500. I get it, it's a Samsung note 10 so it's gonna be pricey ok but I get there and it's a secondhand part from another phone lol. Kinda expected a brand newy for that kinda money.2. I asked if the waterproofing had been replaced and was told this phone wasn't waterproof anyway. I looked it up after (I'm awkward and non confrontational idk) and it very much is meant to be waterproof lol gaslighting king <3I'm not super mad, the screen works again and it's not like I go swimming with my phone anyway but eh. Would have liked my waterproofing replaced.

I went to iGenius this week with an iphone that had been for swim in Lake Macquarie. The phone would not turn on and hadn't been backed up for a considerable amount of time. I was most worried about losing my photos. I dropped my phone off and a couple of hours later the phone was fixed. Service was brilliant and price was very reasonable too.

Excellent service - I’ve had both an iPhone and iPad screen fixed here - both jobs were perfect and completed quickly!

Ive rated this a five star just to be seenMy experience with this store was unbelievable. The first time i went in, i was charged almost $200 for a standard screen repair, then as soon as i got home the screen was completely numb and nothing would work. I went back the next day and was refused a refund for the completely dud screen but was offered half price". My phone now is completely unusable as the second screen i was given worked for three days. You could say im not impressed."

I have had 2 repairs done - both first class and good price. On a third occasion they were upfront about being unable to repair the problem.I’m about to go there again tomorrow to get my screen fixed.

I took my I phone with a screen that was lifted and cracked. Within a minute it was identified that my battery had swelled and was incorrectly installed by a previous business. My front camera, top speaker, battery and screen were all replaced for a reasonable cost. My phone was thoroughly checked prior to leaving and It’s like a new phone. I went to this place after reading reviews and I am thankful that I drove the hour to get my repair done here. I would highly recommend this business and would definitely return.

Absolutely Recommend!! I recently broke my camera lens and they did it for a really good price and only took 20 mins! I was impressed, definitely recommend it if you need a quick fix!

Very friendly, quick and professional service. Replaced a broken screen on an iPhone 6 and fitted a new battery in an iPhone 5 without a fuss. Would recommend this unassuming bloke to anyone...Richard

I ripped off like never beforeWhen my iPhone stopped charging, I searched google and this place was the top of suggestion and also open in weekends. My first mistake was being impatient and went for for the first option instead of going for more professional service.My second mistake was trusting a mobile repair service within convenient store.They repair my phone after an hour, in the store I checked it and it was fine, but in the house I realised it took forever for the phone to get fully charged. When I returned there, the owner said you probably damaged it in the house (which I didn't!)My suggestion: go for more professional service
