I can highly recommend Barrenjoey Insurance Brokers. We have had household insurance with them since purchasing our first home last year. We have had to make two separate claims and on both occasions have found Barrenjoey Insurance Brokers to be extremely professional, helpful and very swift in their response to our enquiries.

Barrenjoey have been our business insurance broker for over 10years now. Never had an issue with reviewing policy inclusions, limits of cover or making claims. They know their stuff and will go the extra mile.

Poor service when making a claim. Didn't get any help at all while making a claim and ended up getting no benefit from the insurance company. Doesn't communicate with clients when signing up as they should explain important point to clients. Took me two months to clarify how to terminate the insurance. And at the end ended up paying for the whole year for no insurance due to lack of their communication. Not recommended at all.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to John and his team for your advice and help with our recent claim. We added some extra elements to our policy after being advised to do so by John, and these were the ones that ended up being prominent in our claim later on. We would have been in dire financial trouble if not for the care and professional advice we received from Barrenjoey Insurance. We highly recommend them.
