Best Cuts & Colours

Varsha did a good job on my hear and very friendly .However I made an appointment last Friday for today Monday 12/06/ 2023I asked for half head of foils burgundy and I was quoted $120 from the owner!The only thing I felt was varsha did not listen to how i wantedmy hear that was half head of burgundy foils And end up dyeing my hear Burgundy half way down not a fall colour!Then when it was time to pay varsha charged the right price I was quoted !but when the supervisor heard how much I wascharged she wanted me to pay extra!Lucky varsha stuck up for me! I find it unprofessional when there's customers in the salon and the supervisor starts yelling and telling her staff off because she wanted to change me extra!Second of all the colour doesn't go all the way down , it's only a partial colour that was dyed when I told her I wanted a half a hair of foils!Lucky it looks ok even though it wasn't my fall hear that was dyed!I will not be using this hear salon ever a gean ! I can't see the hair salon lasting when the hear dresser didn't listen to the customer's wishes even though my hear looks ok.it was varsha whoDesided to make her own disicionAbout how my hear was going to be coloured !And as for the manager she's going to loss your customers acting the way she did and trying to charge extra!Other customers have left bad reviews to and I believe every bad reviews that were made because it has also happened to me !it just goes to show how bad the staff are in the hair salon!

I had a half head of foils done with jade, I asked her to bleach it the same colour as my blond strip’s. But what she did was take the foils off too early but was too lazy to start again so instead of fixing my hair she coloured my hair brown so I couldn’t see that she ruined my root’s. Very disappointed at the lazy work. I also asked her to curl my hair afterwards but me being the observant person that I am I didn’t say anything to her to see if she would be bothered to curl my hair, she didn’t end up curling my hair in the end yet I paid an extra 15 for it. Very very very disappointed, I even tried calling them to fix my hair but no one answers the phone in that shop. Ladies save your money and go somewhere that will actually put effort in your hair and take care of you.

They can rename themselves to ‘worst Cuts’. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Went for a simple trim and one person cut off my waist length hair half way. It was like a dog chewed off my hair. So 2 other ladies tried to fix it and finally I left with shoulder length hair and a pathetic haircut.

The other day, I bleached Christmas back to back with jade, exactly the hair in the middle of my head had not lightened yet, and I did not give enough time to lighten the color. It was bleached and it became discolored, I was forced to tell them to cut the bottom of my hair and half of my hair was cut.Now after 3 weeks, when I only washed my hair 3 times, the toner is completely gone and my hair is orange.And I am not satisfied with the quality

so I went in to get my hair done, the lady who did my hair was amazing I think her name was Alisha. However, the other hairdresser her name was kourtney had her toddler there. she was doing my mums hair and her kid was attached to her leg, kicking her, throwing tantrums, putting equipment in her mouth. Very unprofessional and unfair to the customers as she had to keep stopping on my mums hair to control her kid.

I had a haircut from Vasha an Indian girl and she was lovely but the other girl Jess ruined my experience at Best Cuts, she was rude to her co workers, no customer service and made the place unbearable to be in because of her. There was another customer having a hair cut which she was of course giving her attitude. Over all it was great because of Vasha but Jess is not a person to be in customer service!

I spent years, growing my hair out back to its natural colour after it being constantly bleached at home. I came to this salon wanting just a light tone put in and I asked, will this fade out, they answered yes. I asked will it damage my hair, they said no. I asked will it change my hair colour at all when it washes out, they said no. Well the toner washed out after just 2 washes and I noticed my hair was a bit lighter but expected it might still be the toner but I wasn't sure. Time passed and I now have regrowth! Toner does not lighten your hair. I'm so utterly upset and am stuck with a disgusting orange tone that is now permanent. It's extremely rare I'll go to a hair dresser and treat myself to feel pretty and now I'm stuck with regrowth all over again and orange tones throughout my hair, words can not express how broken hearted I am and how upset I am with this.. And I was charged an extra $40 just to have my hair dried.. so it was either walk out with drenched hair or pay $40 to dry it. Outrageous!

I was in Best Cuts Mt Druitt today, 26th May 2023. I had two lovely young ladies doing my hair, Jade and Courtney. I asked for a full head of foils back to back. I was so happy with my hair even before they had dried it, I was still very very pleased with the colour. Jade, thank you for my beautiful hair and Courtney keep up the great work and be that great hairdresser as is Jade. I would recommend this salon and these lovely ladies to do your hair. Don't you ever leave because I'll be very upset. I gave you five stars for a job well done

Had a trim today,pretty straight forward as my hair is pretty long and straight…Being working late shifts I just haven’t had time to get to my usual hairdresser…..all I wanted was a couple of centimetres of length and my fringe cut ….NEVER AGAIN…..the girl that cut it didn’t have a clue what she was doing and my fringe I could have done better…didn’t cut it straight and didn’t even comb it down to get the whole fringe….( and charged me $40 ) NEVER AGAIN….so disappointed

Had a great time here with a talented young hairdresser named Jade.She washed, blow dried and trimmed my hair as per my request, you can really tell she knew what she was doing. Also the staff here seem to really get along with each other and the facilities were nice. Had my little one year old with me and it was nice to see the staff being nice to her. I got curls done to finish the look and just loved it.Photos show during wash / dry, after blow dry and then final cut with curls.
