I have worked with numerous property managers, and Bloor Property has been the best by far. They literally had a team of several people fixing up the numerous maintenance issues of our older homes, and tidying up the yard, for a week. I have had a rental property with Bloor for the past 6 years. Choosing a property agent was difficult as I was based in Perth so trust was a huge deal for me. After a bad experience with a managing agent I went on the hunt for a replacement and came across Leslie from Bloor. From the moment I spoke to Leslie I knew that Bloor was the one. Leslie went out of her way to reassure me and within a few weeks I had complete trust that my property was in good hands. Lesley, Cathy and staff are extremely efficient, helpful and great to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to advise or help when needed. Rented with these guys for a few years. Communication specifically with Lesley was practically non existent. Never answers emails or phone calls, we almost had our contract terminated when she wouldn't read our emails about confirming staying on the lease. And a few years later at the peak of the rental crisis we were told we had to leave as the owner had friends" they wanted to rent too. Only for that to be a lie as they had told other properties managed by them on the SAME STREET the very same thing. They then put the properties for rent at a much higher price without ever offering options to the existing tenants.Everyone else we dealt with seemed professional but the experience as a whole was unfortunately quite upsetting."

Lesley is the most personal Real estate agent I have ever come across and I have just finished a 30year career in Banking and dealt with hundreds of agents over the years. She helped our family get a home in a stressful situation when our rental was sold from under us. She has been a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend her to any potential investors and or future renters.

We were renters with Bloor and they are the only property management that we would trust to manage our own property when the time comes to rent it out. They always ensured that we kept the property well maintained but were also extremely fair to us as tenants, making sure that any maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and we received detailed reports including photos after every inspection as evidence that we were keeping the property to a high standard. Rent receipts were sent through fortnightly and whenever we requested any documentation such as rental ledgers, they were provided efficiently. Highly recommend Bloor to both owners and tenants.
