Love fountain gate Village cinemas. It's a great experience for the family they have games to play plenty of space to sit down and a great selection of goodies as well as amazing popcorn. The cinemas themselves are always clean we love the V junior as a parent with school aged children and a baby It's always stressful wondering if the kids or baby will be noisey and disturb people but V junior makes this worry disappear. This is what it is designed for if kids can't sit still or be quiet. They have intermission for kids to get up run, there is a big slide, they can dance down on the big floor area. The screen counts down the intermission time so you don't have to stress to get the kids attention when the movie starts.

The theater itself is good but my biggest complaint is the advertising. Movie started at 2:50pm. ADS NOT TRAILERS were played for 20min!!!!! That's way too long. Please keep it to 3 ads at 1min each if you MUST advertise otherwise never coming back.

Gold glass is pretty good and so is the vmax but the other cinemas are very outdated. We only go to f.g if seeing gold class or vmax otherwise we will go to hoyts at frankston where the regular cinemas are much more upto date and comfortable

Enjoyed a lively time in Gold class. The experience voucher was something I would not normally do for myself, but it was really nice.Entrees were amazing, mains pizza a little disappointed by, and thr slider buns were dry.It's nice to get out of reality for a while and enjoy a movie.

Wow what can I say. We watched Thor: Love and thunder in VMAX. I didn't regret spending more money then normal screen.The seats where wider than the normal screen, comfortable and ample space to keep your drinks.My only regret was the food. We took The Bucket Boss, too salty. We had to throw it away.I recommend not to use salt at all in The Bucket boss comes with the sauce which already has salt.It's just my opinion but otherwise pretty great experience.

I have just come here to see Super Mario with my kid. I was quite disappointed to see the dirty floors and seats. I mean I have been coming here for last 3 years. Things are getting worse day by day. Finding floors dirty and seats unclean are obviously not a good customer experience. Please take care.

A large cinema complex that has a multitude of cinema experiences. The venue sells a variety of food hot, cold, sweet and savoury and variety of beverages from soft drinks to alcohol to which can be purchased at the venue or pre ordered via the Village Cinemas App (which can be picked up via a separate que). Tickets can also be ordered through the app avoiding the que's all together It has a games area to keep the kids and adults entertained whilst waiting for your movie and plenty of seating around the large open foyer. Plenty of parking around. Wheelchair assessable parking, cinemas and amenities. Always clean and inviting.

I was pretty disappointed that they never mentioned you need to show your vaccination certificate (months and months after the last covid shut down ended October 2021 and when no other business is asking for it, including medical centres) Didn't bring my phone and my husband had to rush home to grab it because we had pre-booked gold class tickets. The staff were lovely and helped us in just as the movie was starting and still took our food order.
