I bought our new spa and sauna online through these guys, it was simple, friendly and easy to do. Then any interaction I had with them was always friends and supportive. When the guys turned up to install the Spa, they were so friendly and so helpful and explained everything in a really clear, easy to understand manner. They had everything we needed and I have been in the spa everyday since. Great Company, great product, great staff

This is the 2nd spa we have purchased from them and when moved recently to Mid North Coast, we were so happy that they also service this area and quickly jumped on board to purchase our new family spa again through them. Spa delivered and installed today. Excellent service, very professional. The team were so knowledgeable and gave us excellent instructions on how to use the spa and the maintenance required. Emphasis was placed on ringing the showroom if we had any questions no matter how trivial. The team were happy, helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend Indoor Outdoor Spas.

Mike and his Team at Indoor Outdoor Spas are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Every aspect of our purchase, site inspection, delivery, and installation was exceptional. Everyone involved was professional, polite, and really went above and beyond to ensure our spa was delivered and installed on a bit of a difficult site. The Tradies that Mike recommended who made the installation possible were equally amazing.We have had fun in our spa nearly every day since having it installed three months ago. It was all looking too hard to organise a spa but when we spoke to Mike he made it all easy, explaining what needs to be done with the slab, installation, fencing. Our 3m spa is just perfect for our back yard and we are so happy with the help from the team.

After shopping around discovered indoor outdoor spasMike was very friendly knowledgeable and fairly priced that I ordered over the phone.On arrival it was exactly what we discussed.The delivery team Troy and pep were outstanding.Set the spa up taking into account surroundings to position it were best. Added lifter showed and explained everything clearly.Also there website is great and there online chat is fantastic.Highly recommend
