Placed an order over 2weeks ago and never got a shipment update when it should’ve been delivered by now. Sent an email a week later & got no response so I called the next day to get an update, was told I’d get a call back and never did. Called again on Wednesday and got hung up on, called back and was told I’d get a call in the morning the next day, never did. Still have no update on my order and can’t even get through to someone for an explanation.

Great service, I wanted a bike helmet and the guy was patient and explained just how important the right fit was. We spent a bit of time on getting the correct helmet, but also, something I liked. It was then ordered in, which didn't take too long.

Purchased a part 8/12/20 little to no communication as to where part is barely reply to emails ! Poor service via online ! Just want my money back as anyone else would in this situation!

Update: Never got compensated. I heard they do this same all the time.Ripped us of with postage cost. I'm in Perth. There was 3 options according to how fast you'll get it. Aus Post standard and express or 'road transport'. The latter being the dearest.Waited days and days. Came via Aus Post standard. Now they just ignore me. I've been trying to contact them via email ever since.What a poor way to get a few extra bucks.

Wasn't happy at all, we took my bike in because it wasnt starting, we didnt hear from them for months so we decided to pick the bike up and it was in peices with everything unplugged and still charged us for it. Not happy with thier work.
