My hairstylist was a nice person and I was happy with the quality of the cut and the regrowth colour. However, I was not at all happy that I was left waiting for nearly half an hour to be seen after a long day at work. The hair wash, conditioning treatment and scalp massage was close to unbearable because the young lady who washed my hair kept flicking water on my face and was pulling my hair with her rubber gloves as she was washing it. I brought two products and all up the experience cost me $380. It’s an understatement to say that the experience was excessively overpriced considering that I only had my roots done and what amounted to a trim.On the basis of this, I won’t be back and would NOT recommend.

I had an amazing first time visiting this wonderful salon - a beautiful, clean, relaxing salon with beautiful staff. Jo did my colour and after showing her a photo of what I would like and a little discussion about colours, I was so happy with the out come. Jo was right on the money with the colour. I will be recommending La Sorella to all my family and friends.

I have never been a client at a more incredible hair salon in my life. From the moment you enquire as a new client to stepping out of the beautiful rooms in Robina, you feel like you have been very looked after by each staff member.It is a pleasure seeing the lovely ladies whenever I can visit. Cannot recommend this business enough. Thanks especially to Laura who keeps me so entertained during my foiling sessions.

This is the most wonderful hair salon. I love how there is the contrast between the colouring/cutting space and the serene basin room. It really is an experience just going here.I've never wanted to be a hairdresser, but everything I leave this salon I consider a career change so I could work here. The staff are all engaging and support each other. I'll continue to go back- Laura is an artist. I'm amazed at how she transforms my hair every time.

I definitely recommend this salon. I’ve been seeing Samara for ten years now and she exceeds my expectations every time. In my opinion she is the best colourist on the Gold Coast. Her salon is stunning and the service suburb. Check out their insta page these ladies are crazy talented.

The girls at La Sorella made me feel so welcome, definitely the best experience i’ve had at any salon before! Jo did such an incredible job at making sure I knew exactly what I wanted and gave me the results I was hoping for! Definitely recommend going here,all the staff is lovely and welcoming

I had a great experience. For a full head of foils, they made sure to get me in and out within a reasonable timeframe for a job that usually takes a while. I love the colour and my hair is still in great condition

Honestly the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to . They are professional but feel like a little family to me now. My hair is always in good hands with Laura and whenever I can I recommend them to everyone . My colour is perfect every time and so is my blow out. I’m always asked where I get my hair done as it is in the healthiest condition it’s been in for a very long time. Love all the little touches that make it feel like I’m seen and not just another client. Will always recommend :)

Every time Carly is finished with my hair, I want to cry from happiness. She is an absolute magician with what she can do, and always makes me feel comfortable and heard. The salon is simply divine, it feels like you're stepping into a day spa. Plus the nice touches of drinks and massage chair also adds to the spa-chic ambiance. I cannot recommend this salon enough!
