Treacy Fencing and Landscaping

Not happy at all with the care from treacy fencing. They claim in their emails that once your fencing has been booked your fence will be installed within 5-6weeks yet here we are at 8 weeks later. We have asked for it to be done sooner as we have small children and pets, our spa is sitting out in the open and we have no privacy in the bathroom but all they keep doing is telling us lies about when the contractor will be out to install. I called in Friday as the contractor was meant to be at our house on Thursday but no show and then called again on Friday to say they still have turned up only to be told that apparently the person I spoke to was supposed to say that the contractor wouldn’t be out until Monday. I then said well that’s not what we were told and that it was meant to be either Thursday or Friday so the lady said we will get the scheduling manager to call ya back……. (Insert cricket sounds) do you think anyone called us back ? Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the lack of care from this company.!!!!

Easy to deal with and lovely staff.After reading some recent reviews I find it hard to believe some of the comments made in the reviews. There are always 2 sides to every story and I'm sure Treacy Fencing may not get it right all the time, but I must confirm from my original review that the experience I had with them from the beginning until the end of my project was very professional starting from the phone call to the girls in the office upto the gentleman in the sales team.

They are the fencing contractor for Satterley. They made a mistake on the positioning of the fence, and has taken over a month to rectify the error. In fact, to date, it is still not sorted out. Not responding to emails and will not give a definite time and date as to when they will come and sort out the issue.

Fantastic installation of the boundary fence on our new build. They installed the gate before the time frame that they told us. They even came on Saturday to install it. Highly recommend.

Avoid this company!! The workmanship is terrible and the 'sales manager' isn't even willing to assess my concerns, let alone rectify them. They require full payment up front, so don't actually care if the customer is happy with the job.

Very rude staff, dealt with them a few months ago and one particular guy was extremely rude, young guy with him was pleasant. Another run in with him today at neighbours property, still very rude, called to make a complaint but phone was hung up as soon as I spoke. Would not recommend at all

Avoid if you can!We had no choice but to use Treacy Fencing due because that is who the land developer used, however if you can avoid them!!! Rude, arrogant and chauvinistic sales manager, who absolutely lies through his teeth. Even though he was told specific requirements more than once then denies them. Talks to women like they dont have a brain, and tell them to get their husbands to call him. The wife" has been the one coordinating and organising everything with the build

Quality service by treacy fencing would recommend to anyone requiring a fence or landscape.Shout out to Ryan your customer service is 100% you went above and beyond to address my concerns as being my first home.I cant thank you enough5 star service

Had my fence installed and decided that rather than a return down the side of the house I would change it to a gate.5 emails and 3 phone calls and still no reply.These guys seem to think because they do all the builders work they don't need good customer service.Hopefully Karma bites you when the building boom slows down.

Probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Customer service was disgusting, rude and absolutely unacceptable. The work done itself was POOR & SO DODGY.
