My daughter and I had a burger each and some fries. The burgers were great but the fries were cold and burnt and did not taste nice. They appear to be cooked in advance and just sit there. This is the second time the fries have not been edible, very disappointing and expensive. The staff were great.

Dreadful service and dreadful food tonight. Will never buy from you again Burger fuel Napier. We know times are tough but burnt chicken, brown lettuce and dried buns for $44 is not acceptable. Food was cold and soggy.

Toilets are disgusting (toilet seats are dislodged), size wise is not ideal for any customer and needs to be upgraded.Young workers not proud in the work place or the food they make (orders are wrong and cold, most times 90%)

One of the best burger chains in New Zealand. Meat is well cooked, bun is fresh and sauces taste good. I just wished they were less expensive.

Great food. First time getting it, absolutely loved it buuuuttt a staff member gave us a disgusting look and added extra hot sauce to my food without me actually asking nor paying for it. Genuinely don't think I'll get burger fuel again because of that staff member. Otherwise go for gold but I do say they look at maori people who aren't dressed up" in a very rude way."

I hadn't eaten here in a couple of years. Their beef patties were subpar. I actually preferred eating at McDonald's, but Napier doesn't have many options for burgers. So, we usually eat at Burger Wisconsin. However, we are here as part of a birthday celebration, and the American Double Muscle was actually quite good without the tomato relish. There's nothing American about tomato relish. I was pleasantly surprised that the beef actually tasted good, better than Burger Wisconsin.

Great customer service didn't have to wait long for my order. The food tasted alot sweeter compared to Hastings and enjoyed the seating arrangement
