Very friendly service, quite accommodating with times of appointment.

57$ for half an hour check-up on my air conditioning. Then I was told it's 'multiple' hoses that need changing. I asked to see which hoses they were, and he just repeated, they are multiple. I insisted by saying i need to know which ones are they, having paid that much I need to know what's exactly wrong. So we went to have a look and they pointed out like 4 hoses, until (thankfully) the mechanic (some asian dude) walks out from the garage and points out just one hose that needs changing. He confirmed which one is it and that the rest are okay. Atleast i know now what needs done to fix the problem, but it felt that i was almost about to be dismissed with false information having paid 57$ for half an hour check up.Having said all that, i don't think they were trying to be dishonest. I think it's just miscommunication between them and maybe bit of lack of care for my issue given that they are not the ones who are going to fix it as i am leaving town soon and the part's' need to be ordered. Advice: agree on the price before hand.

Thankful for the work you have done on my car however it took far too long and the owner became extremely uncaring when it became apparent the car needed work however was friendly and sympathetic when towing the car. Unfortunately it took over a week to do hubs and bearings on my Mazda cx-9 that was purchased not 1 month before from a dealer in Dandenong South Vic. There was no help to get things organised and far to laxed when people are waiting on you! Being in midst of nowhere is not an excuse! Thanks
