Braidztyle Merrylands

I had an appointment with Braidztyle Merrylands today and the girl who did my daughters hair was amazing! I wish I was remembering her name!! So patient with my daughter and she did an amazing job.

I approached the desk to which 2 kids were leaning over, not one word, backs to us, I was told it would take half an hour to do my daughter short to medium hair. I watched the girl who was doing it, talk and socialise most of the time, greet all her friends that came to say hello, that don't work at the store. This is 45 minutes on while we are standing there watching the shops close around us. I approached the manager to which she replied well this is her work place" in response to her socialising. I agreed and said exactly this is her WORK place not a social club. How rude and dismissive. My daughter is 8 and has now sat in the chair for close to an hour. Also paid $60 for 2 braids. What a rip off and the customer service is poor! Never again. I also just voiced my opinion to a family that was going to get 3 girls done. Who I watched stand at the customer service desk and have no one serve them. My daughter just added the cherry on top

All the girls from Braidztyle are amazing! I see Aliya and every time she braids my hair it’s amazing and lasts 3+ days!Perfect for any events, and so affordable - I can’t recommend these girls enough!!

Carmela did my daughters hair and it turned out amazingly. She was so friendly and polite. The host, Israa was so nice. She entertained my daughter and made her laugh. Its my second time there and i will be back. We all loved how my daughters hair turned out. Very happy customer.

A staff named Yasmine helped me today. She was very friendly and helpful. She was super skilled and made my first braid experience memorable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I’ll be returning soon.Thank you!

Came to get my hair braided around 4:30 today and Yasmine did the braiding. She was excellent in everything, the braiding, the customer service and she was very kind and respectful, 10/10

Such a great experience! I’ve never gotten my hair braided but after having done it, I can’t wait to return!It was so funny because the lovely girl that did my hair was also named Sahar and she was so sweet to me. Her two friends who coincidentally had the same name too, Valentina, were also such a pleasure to meet :)Thank you girls, can’t wait to see you all again x
