It was only after trialing two other pool companies with conflicting advice & no resolute for the issues we were having with our pool equipment that I got in touch with Todd.He was recommended highly by a community Facebook page with multiple people singing his praises, and there’s no wonder - he’s brilliant!He fixed the issues we were having with ease. We have him come out regularly for pool servicing and cleaning and it’s just effortless. He is friendly, does a wonderful job, is super knowledgeable!

Todd has done an outstanding job with our swimming pool! We had so many problems with our pool and prior companies never solved the issue, costing us a fortune!! Todd is very professional and highly knowledgeable. My chlorinator required servicing along with balancing the pool, he attended promptly and fixed up all the issues. He always has good advice and explains what he has performed with good tips,Highly recommended.

Todd from vicinity pools did a great job servicing my pool and checking the whole system for any faults or problems. He was very prompt and professional and I have no problem in recommending him to any pool owners out there. I will definitely be using him again to look after our pool.

After being really disappointed and seriously ripped off by one of the big name pool service franchises I finally found Vicinity Pools. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely a really lovely guy, Todd is someone I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best pool guy around. His pricing is the far less than the big guys and he not only cleans and services the pool and equipment, he can also look after the whole pool area, making your outdoor spa day look a million dollars! He takes incredible pride in his work. 5 stars and 10 out of 10.

Todd is a prompt and professional technician. We're very happy with his service.In addition to our monthly pool service, we recently called Todd to deal with a cracked pump casing. He made our problem a priority and attended with his crew, quickly identified the problem, and gave us the best value for money solution. The problem was solved within days. And his pool clean and chemical dosing service which followed is vastly superior to our previous technicians from Swimart Cleveland.

Todd was great helped us out with a problem with the filtration system the next day which was a Sunday. He is very thorough and explains everything to you and is very reasonable with his rates, would absolutely recommend him for fixing or maintaining your pool.
