The team at CJ Smith we’re amazing! We went for one of their 4 bedroom design homes and the finishes and extra attention to detail and features makes them stand apart from other builders in the Mackay region. There were some delays but if no fault from CJ Smith and they were fast to keep us updated and in the loop. Very happy with their service and highly recommend.

CJ Smith homes is a great local builder with a great team. It was a priveledge to work along with Karie, Clint, Cody and everyone in between. Their standard inclusions are a cut above the rest in both modern and style and I found their pricing to be reasonable. Any issues were addressed in a timely manner, and they were always happy to assist. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending CJ Smith Homes to anyone thinking of building.
