Professional and efficient. I feel relieved to have the help of John in particular over several phone calls and his experience with different towing situations and insurance companies. Overall they have been transparent and fair with me about costs and who will pay what. My recommendation would be to stay in touch with AUZ National Towing whilst they have your vehicle and work with them to resolve the situation.

One tow truck stopped on swatson st in Melbourne to tow a forklift from a construction site.. while tying the forklift on the truck, the truck driver decided to have a piss in the middle pf the street under his truck!!! Absolutely disgusting while people were having lunch in a park opposite the construction site!!!Someone in his car beep him and told him off but he didn’t cared and even laughed at them!!!
