Loch Ness Pool Supplies

Just walkin n asking some advices for general pool issues. Haven't been there before but will come to them again. I purchase what I needed. Great service without the price tag :)

the rudest owner in the planet ever. I would not recommend Loch Ness Pool service to anyone.Shame google doesn’t have ZERO start!I have had my pool serviced since March 2016. I moved to the new house with smaller pool so hardly used! Due to budget, I stopped service in winter and during Covid 19 2020!Today I called their owner to seek help, the owner wasn’t happy because I haven’t had service for couple of months and been ridiculous rude to me over the phone.This business owner who has no people skills.In addition: this business over charged and way too expensive, showed up without notice and been extremely rude to clients. Thought his staffers were nice.They don’t value customers and should apology to upset clients!

I have found the guys nothing but helpful, very tidy and competitivevly priced. So far so good

Oh my goodness! Just had to hang up on them as the owner was unbelievably rude!!! I would not ever use them at all even if they offered free services!

Have not got back to me on a price for salt water system

The owner may come over a bit grumpy and blunt - as was said in a review elsewhere, but they provide excellent service at reasonable prices. They won't load you up with unnecessary stuff (as often happens in this business) and the quality of their supplies (salt etc) is well above the standard. I've also heard similar opinions from others. So don't be put off it he tells you your pump is stuffed and your pool hasn't been well-looked after.

These guys are great, they have helped me get things corrected in our pool. Bring a sample in they get you what you need.

The worst service. I’ve spent so much with them. When they fixed my filter they said they would reset my timer. I only need it when I go away. Called them and they were so rude will never go to to them again

Loch Ness Pool Supplies have been looking after our pool for the last 2 years and every month there is an issue with them ! Unprofessional, I do not recommend !
