Awesome service by Matt. Had toilet issues with cistern not filling with water quickly enough! Organised Top Tier Plumbing to attend & dealt with Matt who knew straight away what the problem was. Required new flushing part for cistern due to its old age. Also, offered to inspect by flexible hoses to all my tapware throughout my home for any corrosion/wear. Matt also checked the water pressure coming into my home which has never been offered to me before. Can highly recommend Top Tier Plumbing for all your plumbing problems.

Matt and his team took on a new downstairs bathroom install that when we were getting quotes other bathroom installers had said was too hard or not possible. The quotes provided by Top Tier were well broken down and easy to understand. Matt always kept us informed as to when everything was happening and fixed a couple of small issues that arose with a smile. Matt took care of major drainage and waterproofing before creating a bathroom more beautiful than we could imagine. I would definitely recommend Matt and his team.

Matt was very punctual and gave me great advice while he was on site for plumbing matters related to an existing Queenslander. Would definitely recommend him!

AVOID. Worst tradesman experience ever.My partner booked Matt explaining we had a blocked up sink. He mentioned to Matt on the phone that it needed more than a hand held plunger as we had already tried that and made it clear the problem was further down the pipe.Matt didn’t listen and instead came with a cheap plunger and wasted time doing this without success. He arrived at 10.30am and kept leaving the job to do other things. My partner was left waiting at our apartment for over 7 hours.In the end Matthew left us with a bigger problem than what we had originally. Our sink now wouldn’t drain at all and for this he charged just under $900. We offered a part payment as the problem was not fixed.He promised to come back but demanded he be paid for this unfixed drain. Once we transferred payment he then started making excuses about returning. He also left a mess with floors that needed to be cleaned. That evening he sent an SMS saying we should get another plumber.I feel the public should know about the lack of customer care and the poor quality of Matt’s work which left us in a worse state than prior to him coming. I doubt all the newbie 5 star reviews. I do NOT recommend Top Tier Plumbing.UPDATEJust read the comment reply from this dodgy business - we were NOT ABUSIVE but yes annoyed that you took up one persons entire day and left the our drainage worse than what it was. You also, once paid were told that the job was not complete and you needed to come back to finish it but than started to make all sorts of excuses about not coming back including that you had to get a tattoo!!2 days later an experienced plumber came and unblocked the sink drain in around 30 minutes.The fact that you continue your dishonest and dodgy behaviour by replying this way to a factual review suggests you have little pride in your customer service.AGAIN - AVOID THIS excuse for a BUSINESS
