Amazing Stay!We had the pleasure of staying in the Lawson room over Easter 2023 and it was such a treat!From the beautiful long driveway, amazing views and the beautiful decor - this place was built with lots of little touches that makes it a real Tenterfield B&B experience.And the best part of it was the hospitality by Kathryn and John. They made us feel very welcomed. On top of that they made beautiful home made breakfasts for us daily + dinner for one of the nights (see photos)I will definitely be coming back and maybe trying the Cottage for the next round.

Kathryn has put so much attention to detail in the setting up of Cape Diem Guesthouse.We had a lovely stay just prior to Xmas and it was beautifully decorated for the festive season.Breakfast was delightful.Would highly recommend it to all.Janette and Garry

Carpe Diam guesthouse was 5 star. Every little detail was taken care of and our host Kathryn made it very special, thank you. From delicious hot scones on arrival, to the fabulous bedrooms and living space and the home cooked breakfast. This really feels inviting and luxurious. We will be back for sure.

WOW! This property is absolutely stunning. Thank you Kathryn for the your gorgeous hospitality. The room, gardens and shared areas were immaculate. We even got a beautiful locally sourced breakfast in the morning which was beautiful, Thank you again. We can’t wait to come back.

It’s amazing place~~high taste decoration and fantastic garden. Many supplies are famous brand. we all miss that house and the foods Kathryn made. Hope more people have a chance to experience the tranquil wonderful time~

What an amazing part of Australia to spend time in with the family and friends. Thankyou Kathryn for making our family feel so welcome. The kids had an amazing time. The Cottage is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in and has all of the comforts to support a fantastic stay (large kitchen, laundry, lounge, outdoor BBQ, large bedrooms, double carport). Waking up there each morning and looking out at the Tenterfield landscape from the large open plan kitchen while we had breakfast was defintiely a highlight for us. We will definitely be back and have told all of our friends about your amazing place. Cheers, Pete + 3.

We have just had the most relaxing yet busy four days at this beautiful and will presented Guest House. The guesthouse is such a welcoming place to stay. It’s immaculately cleaned and maintained and the rooms are gorgeous. NotMany places include a breakfast in the price and they were fabulous.The views are stunning in this little slice of paradise.
