Popped in yesterday, Tuesday, 16.08.22, very busy and had about a 10min wait in line outside and 30min wait inside. Admin staff on ticket desk was helpful and happy to be there. The amazing staff member on window 10 was so welcoming and professional and both staff members made it a pleasure to be there even with the lengthy delay.

Friendly staff but an hour long wait for a 3 minute transaction. Normally done online, but there's an error with the bpoint payment website and couldn't process the payment.

My daughter attended today to get her L’s and due to massive anxiety, this has been a long wait and she was so excited yet nervous. We had to wait for an hour - not their fault, loads of customers and not many staff unfortunately- we were happy to wait. Staff were all lovely, professional, patient and especially kind to my daughter. They all do such a great job for everyone.

my son did his practical driving test here, and being a 17y he was very nervous about this. one of the first things his instructor said to him prior to getting in the car was “this car is filthy, I’m not sitting in here” causing an already nervous boy to become even more stressed - before his test even started! after having to scavenge for sanitiser and tissues in his car to clean the seat, he was taken into 30 km/h area (where the sign isn’t even visible for road users) and was failed for not breaking quick enough for a pedestrian at a crossing, despite coming off a roundabout at less than 30km/h and coming to a complete stop before the crossing. he self-corrected as she yelled “stop” at then failed him for not stopping for a pedestrian??? although he did and nobody’s safety was put at risk. would not recommend sitting this test at Cleveland, especially not young people. we will be going elsewhere.

The young man who served me was very helpful I didn't get his name but he was prepared to take time to help out.
