Is this the worst HJ pr wt? Only 2 customers and I ordered a single meal. Waited nearly 15 mins and the hashbrown was salty as *******. I have a strong feeling that they do this on purpose so no one wants to come back here any more. Well, Mac is close by, so I know my future option now.

Worst customer service awarded to HJ's Dural. They didnt put ice cream in an iced coffee and just put in cream. (After we paid extra for ice cream)….When we enquired, they told us to contact head office - they could NOT help as it was an online order.Then someone called back a few days later after i contacted Head Office .... they simply called to tell me they watched the CCTV footage. Definitely ice cream they say... But the point here is customer service is dead. They call not to apologise but rather to defend themselves and prove how wrong the customer isNow im upset with myself for dropping off $$$ over the years at this QSR that simply DOES NOT CARE. There was poor service the last time, but we went back to give them another go... Bad service is clearly not once a off, this HJ's thrives on it... Makes me wonder about how they treat the food, if they treat customers with sheer disdain.Ps. This HJ's are ruining the corporate image. Surely there are consequences! Seems like service levels dont matter anymore. Anyone can become a franchisee.Maccas and KFC you can have my $$$ when the family want a treat...HJ's you need to shut down...Its only about the dollars to ya.Well since im on a roll - why do you HJ's DURAL always make people wait in the waiting bay - its a drive through. Thinking back i should have stopped supporting this local HJ's years ago. I will take that one on MEI guess since the waiting bay is riddled with potholes, my guess is that u hope that your customers get a puncture, so they never come back. That way you dont have to bother with customer service.

I used to eat at this HJ for years. Last 2 times horrendous service. 1st X waited 15 minutes as some person tried to tap his phone to pay whilst 6 people incl me lined up to order. Ended up walking out. Gave up. 2nd X 10 min stuck in drive through because registers were again playing up. Gave it one last chance this morning. Breakfast roll meal. See photo. Hash brown swimming in oil, roll sausage was 1/3rd grissle Inedible and one not 2 pieces of bacon. Oh well there was at least the coffee. Nup.... Totally undrinkable. That's $12 I will be never get back. I will continue to ha be e HJ but not here. Worst in Australia

Extremely slow service!It took 14 minutes from when I ordered to when I received my food. If they were busy I could understand but no one else entered the store while I was there and only one car went through the drive thru.The bins inside were overflowing and floor was dirty so I really don't understand what the hold up was.Having said all of that the burger and chips were fresh and tasty.

Went to HJ Dural on Friday night around 9pm to get a quick takeaway meal and it took them 20minutes to do our order. We were the only ones inside ordering and they had 2 vehicles in the drive through. The chicken patties tasted like cardboard and the food was just thrown into the takeaway bag. We will never go back to this HJ.

Visiting the Hungry Jack's fast food restaurant was quite an unpleasant experience due to the car park conditions. The car park was very poorly maintained, with numerous potholes, cracks, and large puddles. The condition of the car park was not only unpleasant to look at but also posed a safety risk for customers because it was difficult to maneuver and avoid these obstacles.Furthermore, there was a significant amount of litter, empty food wrappers, and cups scattered throughout the car park, which was both unattractive and unsanitary. The lack of proper maintenance and general cleanliness gave the impression that the restaurant and car park were not being taken care of properly.Overall, the customer experience at Hungry Jack's was negatively affected by the poor condition of the car park. A well-maintained and clean car park is essential for customer safety, convenience and satisfaction.

Worst store manager Caucasian girlNo acknowledgement and she avoids all customers . You will probably have to stand at the counter atleast of 5mins until someone attends to place your orderThe manager and all staff members avoids customers . Finally my order was out there sitting cold the store manager didn't even call out the name and just placed it on the benchWorst store ever

Absolutely terrible service and food quality at drive through. Ordered Roadhouse Jack Fried Chicken Burgers and received burger with barely anything on it, after not getting the correct items as ordered
