We have just completed a total interior renovation of our house. We could not have done this so successfully without using the amazing services of Sue Folwell from Heart & Soul. From our initial meeting with Sue we felt comfortable and secure in her talents, creativity and professionalism. She worked with us throughout the whole process and came up with a total design concept for our house, as well as the colour palette and selection of all the tiles, carpets, fittings and design of all cabinetry etc. Sue also project managed the whole process including the selection of all the contractors. Every trades-person and contractor Sue used was exceptional, professional and delivered high quality products and services. Her customer service, attention to detail and follow through were exceptional.I cannot recommend Sue highly enough.
