Quality is very bad. But prices are cheap. You can only return items for a credit, they don’t do a refund. Staff are not very helpful when you want to exchange items either. (Policy is written very tiny on the register).

I have always enjoyed visiting this shop and the staff have always been helpful when I've needed help. Yes I would recommend if your looking for party decorations, costumes, toys etc. I have purchased many items for my work in childcare and the kids love them. if I could give zero stars I would, this store is extremely unprofessional and not customer friendly at all. I was assured over the phone that they had an item in stock and asked multiple times if they definitely had the item as I had to walk 5km to the store. without thought the owner told me multiple times yes we definitely have it". after my long journey to the store I arrived and could not find the item

Shop was much larger than I expected considering the city location and with it being underground it doesn't seem like much at the entrance. They have heaps of stuff, from cupcake trees to balloons and hats for every occasion. Prices are reasonable (again, I was expecting jacked up city pricing here) for what you get. This is now my first point of call for party stuff! :)
