So I order the $9.95 snitzel and chips deal on the board as I walk in. Order it and a dessert - go to pay and am told no you will have to get fish instead" - I didn't want fish and the sign wasn't moved until I left the store as the photo shows.Great customer service. Not."

Came here for the special promotion. $9.95 eggs on sourdough with coffee and $9.95 chicken schnitzel. They were really delicious. The eggs was cooked well with fresh sourdough bread. The tomato sauce was very nice too. The schnitzel was moist and tasty. Very good value for money. Service was friendly and quick. The meals came out so quickly even though it was busy during lunch time. We will come back for sure.

I feel like the value is where Rashay's shines.The food is quite good when you look at the pricing.I went with a group of 4 and we had the beef pepperoni pizza, original Rashay's chicken and the Schitty Parmigiana.That was more than enough food for us for a total of $51 for 4 people, which I think is pretty good.Also had a coffee which was very good and costing only $4 (most places charge more than this these days I feel).Overall, not amazing but great for a quick feed with decent value.

Not as good as the Westmeadows Store.Situated inside Sunshine Plaza next to Village is this open planned franchise Rashays.I am certainly a fan of the franchise.This visit to the Sunshine store, on a Sunday at 530pm certainly saw it populated.The Westmeadow store has QR code ordering from the table but we had to wait and ask a few people to get a order taken.The food:Chips - crispy and overdoneSchnitzel - crispy and lacking flavourMashed potato- very goodGarlic bread - Very good.Perhaps I had an off day.Certainly wouldn't can it and would give another try.Wait times for food- good.Customer service - pleasant.

Today, on the 26th June 2023, 5:30pm, my family and I had the best dinner experience ever. Thank you to the two girls and one guy who was rostered on today. You guys were very kind, professional, accommodating and welcoming. For people of such young age, you have conducted your service well beyond what adult would expect. Congratulations on holding the restaurant to a very high standard. You guys did very well.

Service is the best i have seen in Melbourne. Any restaurant needs 2 things. Good food and great service. They have nailed it with exceptional service Special shout out to Marcela. went there to celebrate my sons birthday and they did a great job by bring out the cake and singing it. Loved it.The food was not really what i expected. A bit disappointing. The stake was over cooked. and i had to work my jaw muscles. And as you can see the chips were over fried to. The sauces and mash was good. The pasta was good and so was the Pizza. The Schnitty was a bit to oily.Regardless i think they can improve on this but the place is clean and tidy. And i will surely go back for breki . hope that's not disappointing. But i would recommend it to anyone."

Fantastic place to eat in Sunshine. Coffee is great, food is very high quality even though they serve it to you very quickly. Menu has a huge amount of variety. I got the chicken burger meal (pictured) with a large cappuccino with an extra shot, costed only $27. If you become a Rashays member you can enjoy 10% off your bill.
