Considering the average fitting time of 10min/tyre and 10min for wheel alignment I’ve waited 2.5HOURS despite an appointment booking. This happened for a second time in a row and is unacceptable. Furthermore, the were brownie crumbles all over the passenger seat, the floor, mid console and even the dashboard left behind by a staff member (photos were taken) which is very unprofessional and careless!!! I have never experienced anything like this before! Surely, will not recommend this store and I’ll ensure people are aware of their work practices. I’m not going to visit this particular store in the future again.

Fast and very efficient with there services and very happy with the product I got

Van needed a jump start, another nearby garage claimed they didn’t have cables so we walked a bit further down to here where Caleb immediately grabbed a starter pack, walked back with us and started the van. 10/10 service, will come here if I need any work done.

Great service, quick and easy. Communication the day before was excellent. They asked to be in store by 8am to ensure the job gets done as Saturday they are only open between a certain time. I waited and was updated regularly. Will be back next time.

Terrible Customer Service.I gave this company a second chance after I previously had to return my car three times from that service. This recent experience I decided to give them another go purely for the convenience of the city location. I dropped the car off and mentioned the sole concern I had. Upon collecting I was told they weren’t sure if it was checked. Was then told I could bring it back in for another look if I wanted. This shows they had no respect for my time and really even their own. The ease at this comment could also be an indicator that they get this often. A few days later I called I see if someone could tell me if the issue was looked at as the concern was still evident. No return call. 4 days later I called again and I even mentioned to the lady that I had called and no return call was made, she assured me a return call would happen. 5 days later and still no response. Why is it my responsibility to follow up on something I have repeatedly raised concern about. They clearly do not value their clients.

my preference because of professional service especially re front end alignment, tyres, suspension etc; and being able to find JAX in other states and places.

Service was good but ordered 5 wheels and 5 tires, had to pickup as for project car..When I got home half the wheel weights had fallen off just sitting there. and then I noticed some of the wheels have had there face edges scratched off from when they mounted to balance. Afraid to get them to rebalance as they'll probably fk them up more. Avoid if possible as they don't take pride in there work.
