Technician was unfamiliar with machine and didn’t know what he was doing. First stated that the issue may be due to worn brushes, even though our machine is brushless with a big label on the front that states this. He also asked why we hadn’t phoned Asko or Mr Dishwasher to check the machine, reflecting his lack of knowledge and confidence. He disregarded the multiple videos that we showed him of the problem and told us that there wasn’t a problem because he couldn’t replicate it. Wasted our time and money.

I Spoke with him tonight about my washing machine being smelly. Others have quoted me $150 - $200 too come out and get rid of the smell. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and he was very honest and instructed me on how I can improve it myself. I had no idea that I would of been paying for a service I didn't need, so this gentleman definitely won't take you for a ride, he is trustworthy and I 100% recommend.

It can be really hard to find reliable and professional technicians. Ian fixed my dishwasher in about half an hour when no-one else wanted to know me and all told me I would have to get a new one. Highly recommended.

Lady on the phone was very helpful and told me how to figure out the problem with my Samsung 7.5kg to decide if it is worth fixing or not.. it was crushed bearings which was not a quick fix.

I had an issue with my washing machine it wouldn't spin or drain the water. I messaged the wash tub doc and he called me before I could put the phone down. Not only that he instructed me on how I could possibly fix it and sure enough it worked. The guy is a genius. It didn't cost me a cent and he will be the one I call first if I have any future issues. Highly highly recommend the wash tub doc.
