Coles The Willows
Eggs hard to find. Not in usual place for supermarkets, and when found price not marked on the stack of eggs hidden in the fruit and vege section.They mark down expiring items such a small percentage that I am sure it costs more in staff time to do so (watch them, it takes ages) than the supermarket is reducing the items by). Woolies has this sorted, Coles is way behind.

The icing on my shopping experience was being served by Morgan. She cared about how the groceries were packed and very pleasant.Got everything I needed and there was an Australian made option for each item on my list.

This is a typical Coles store with plenty of fresh produce both meat and vegetables. Plenty of dry goods, personal items, clothing, household needs, etc. Good prices considering the state of the world.

A 2 minute drive from work a Great supermarket. I will often pull in to grab something to cook up for dinner, park up and 30 steps and you're in there. I like the self checkout too. Less than 10 minutes in all including drive from work and I'm back on the road.Suits me!

Coles up in the Willows Townsville staff in bakery where very helpful pointed us in the right direction. My only gripe at the checkout we had an older women she was lovely but I felt guilty that she had to stand all day. Also that the end of the checkouts where to small forcing her to lift heavy bags of the area to place them on the ground apart from that great selection of groceries and prices are reaonsible in these times

Coles stores arounf the country are the same and The Willows shop mirrors that. The staff are very friendly and the products are plentiful in quantity and range. Overall a standard Coles experience.
