Everything you could wish for. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, gorgeous cottage set in the most beautiful garden. Cant wait to go back another time.

What a fantastic place, so well maintained, wit everything you need. So peaceful and relaxing.

Amazing country get away! So cosy and homey. The place has everything you need. The owners were great and provided wine and bread. All amenities were top notch. Fire pit and a couch area in the back yard. Woke up with kangaroos hopping around.

Top little cottage a short walk from the centre of hill end. Full kitchen, air con and fireplace.

I loved going up there back in 1975, only problem the drive back down that hill to Sofala I ended up with a migraine. But loved Hill end have so many photo's from back then. Really want to come back for another look. Love our History.

Dear Cara & Casey,There is only one major problem in coming to The Guesthouse, you have to leave!!Such a beautiful cottage in a secluded environment. Just what we needed, away from the madness of our city life.The Mudgee wineries are a must, and took up the whole day on Sunday. We then did a little exploring of Hill End for the rest of our stay, but due to constant rain, we actually preferred the cosiness of the cottage, with the fireplace going. On Sunday afternoon we went up for a beer or two at The Royal Hotel, Where we met locals Trevor, Kath, Peter & David. They were all great to talk to & helped me find someone to research details of my Great Great Grandfather who had a Tambaroora Pub in the 1870’s.So now we have a great excuse to come back, as there is so much more exploring to do.Thanks again for a wonderful getaway.Marcus & NatalieXXXX
