I have recently started using Super Domains for my web site and emails, I have found them very helpful and supportive as well as very cost effective. After moving a couple of domains from an American service to Superdomains to keep it in Australia, I had some trouble with mail forwarding. I contacted support via a chatbot, which made me a little wary. Imagine my surprise the when almost immediately, an actual person (Tim, who is an absolute legend btw) had responded and fixed my issue.Honestly, in over 20 years of IT, I've never had service as good as Superdomains. Every query is answered, and fast. Problems get resolved. Emails get answered. I don't have to worry about dredging up 3 semesters of uni from a decade ago to get my website up and running.On top of the very reasonable pricing, I can't recommend the support staff at Superdomains enough. Anyone can sell a domain but who can service them? Have dealt with these guys for years and have appreciated their efficient and helpful service when it comes to assisting with my own collection of domains. Would recommend them to anyone looking for help to get their digital footprint together!

Best customer service I have come across for a long time! Tim had my hosting all set up and emails connected in a matter of minutes. I am not tech savvy what so ever and Tim took all the stress out of the whole process so I could get back to business quickly. The online chat function works really well too. I have used SUPER DOMAINS 3 times now.I like the smooth service and ease of use.The manager of SUPER DOMAINS never hesitates to make himself available to assist further if needed and I have need help a few times.A hosting company that is tangible and right here in Australia - so no messy annoying overseas call centres - just old fashioned service.
