Very disappointed service. I had a tinny kitchen cupboard replaced by Mr Wu. Initially I told them, I want to keep the wall and floor tile so please be careful when demolish. Mr Wu say they cannot guarantee not to rip the wall tile. I said that’s fine if it falls off please keep them and I will put them back.After job finished, I realised the cupboard edge is in middle of the tile wall which means I cannot put it back but to get a tiler to cut them. Spoke to Mr Wu several times and they insist that’s not their responsibility.Secondly they left a gap between the edge of the cupboard and floor tile and this is not comminuted with me initially. This is old house and almost impossible to find matching tiles.He knows I want to keep the wall tiles and floor tiles and doesn’t pay attention to what he has done and also didn’t inform me there would be a gap between the cupboards and the floor tile. If he told me I would take this into consideration and find other way to do the cupboard.He also forgot the side board of the fridge cupboard. Called numerous times and still no clear answer. I have to defer my carpet installation twice because of his delay. Never had such bad experience.

The workmanship is bad. Quality of the appliances no good.

Very very bad experience. Called the boss Ted Wu for a verbal quotation. Told me if I decide within last week, he could do it by Christmas. I drove 45 minutes to his showroom and had a chat with his assistant and asked Ted to come down for measurements to be within the deadline. First, he arranged to come down on Sat 4pm. Then he changed his appointment to 630pm. And finally at 530pm, he did not have the guts to call me directly to postpone his appointment to Tuesday 4pm. At Tue 430pm, he was nowhere to be seen. Did not reply his sms. Finally at 730pm he called and wanted to reschedule. That was the last straw.A businessman who could not keep to his words is not fit to be trusted. He wasted 2 weeks of my time and was not even apologetic.Stay away at all costs. Who knows what would happened once deposit is paid up. Lack of integrity and not trustworthy. Good luck if you use him.
