If I could give more stars, I would. Very professional and knows his stuff and more. Came across Rob literally on the street ( I was going from place to place ( been to 3 ) . He was sitting in his car and I noticed the sign writing on his car Ballarat Tech Help". I stopped and asked if he might be able to help me with my mobile phone major problem. Without hesitation he got out of his car and said that he would try. It was a difficult job
