I have been dealing Pedl for about 8 months now. My e-bike mechanic up the road has teamed up with the Pedl team and I have had nothing but great customer service.All my repairs to my original e-bike had a fast turnaround and unbelievable low rates. Even my first service was only $99.00.Don't shop at 99 bikes support small and independent retailers like PedL.As a result when it came to upgrading my e-bike. I did my research and once I chose the bike I wanted Pedl stocked it so I went to there new showroom and purchased it. The whole process was seamless, great staff and very friendly.I purchased the E.T Cycle 720 $2195 and I am very happy with my purchase.Want to buy a E-bike then choose Pedl.Furthermore their after sales service is excellent as well.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Really knowledgeable and friendly staff. plus some great stock and prices I couldn't find at any other brick and mortar bike shop.I got a flat from a faulty pump one day, took my bike into the shop and they reinflated my wheels for me on the spot, no questions asked. 6 stars.

I ordered the MAMBA VENOM 48V 750W a few months ago.For that low price I was expecting some compromise. Instead I got something that was way beyond my expectations and full of surprises.Excellent build quality, nice design and amazing performance. It has become my second car. I've bought other brands of E-bikes like NCM Prague, which is a great bike. But this one, although a bit more expensive is really next level.And talking about unexpected surprises, PEDL confirmed the order by email and went quiet. I was expecting at least 3 weeks delivery from Melbourne to Perth like my other 2 e-bikes. To my surprise it arrived in 5 days.Am loving the bike and would recommend it to anyone.

I bought a Mamba Venom around Easter this year, after talking with Ryan by phone. It was delivered in about 3 working days, just after Easter, and had no problems with assembly, although I did find some loose screws.I'm absolutely loving this bike! I ride pretty much every day, even in the seriously cold weather in Central Tablelands NSW.I'm 80 years old, with many of the limitations that go with old age, and have been riding conventional bikes for around 15 years. I can still get a good workout, but really appreciate the extra assistance on hills.No real gripes, but as I like to ride lights on in daytime, I would prefer if this didn't dim the display.Definitely recommend this bike to anyone.

I bought the Mamba Venom over 12 months ago from Pedl, the bike arrived in good order and ahead of time. Having this ebike has certainly made riding fun again especially so since I have moved from a flat area to a more undulating residence. This bike is great to ride for a 70 y.o. and effortless. I would certainly recommend it.
