Pronto Paints is best paint shop in Sydney.Staff all experienced especially Eric and Terry.Been very very helpful to me and i give them a 10 out of 10. Recommend Pronto all day.

Good service and helpful staff

I first delt with Pronto at the Rockdale location & found the staff easy to ask questions,as I'm a amateur it can be a little confusing with all the jargon,products & techniques used. So having that professional advice on hand is reassuring for me as a novice to attempt more ambitious projects in future.

Great customer service, they can match the colour with the sample and also do it for free and its cheaper than other paint stores. On top of that if you want 2K clear they can put it for you in a can for just $30 which is great. I'll surely go back again to get the 2K clear.

Provided with paint I was told for shadow chrome wheels. Not provided with the correct base which is meant to be black. Instead provided with a white primer that was not appropriate. Return visit a waste. Pretty much wasted my money and time. Never again.

Being an absolute amateur I was apprehensive about calling any supplier for the things I needed for the car I’m building. I had contacted one other prior to contacting Pronto and wasn’t very impressed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Eric who had the time and patience to listen to what I needed and made recommendations that suited what I was after. All was delivered the next day as promised. Even after admittedly I had ordered in the afternoon on Thursday before the long weekend, in a crazy rush trying to get everything I needed by Friday.I would highly recommend anyone to Pronto Paints, you will not be disappointed, I am not going anywhere else for my paint supplies! Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. Terry took plenty of time to help us correct and quicken certain procedures. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
