Wayne is a terrible business owner. Not only did he deny my wife crutches that she needed to walk, but he also denied her prescription to deal with her issue. If you can make it to the chemist down the road in Manuka, I recommend you go there instead. If you'd like to be humiliated and denied service, please feel free to visit Wayne.

Wayne is the most knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist I've ever encountered in Canberra. He is very kind and seems to really know his regular customers. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I look forward to having a working relationship with him to ease my symptoms. I have multiple health conditions so I've been into a lot of pharmacies. This one is the neatest and brightest I've found anywhere. Feels like a very nurturing and clean space.

Not cheap for all scripts (obviously for some PBS items over about $38 it doesn't make a difference) - many of the other stock items aren't badly priced at all.The location is incredibly convenient and the staff are experienced (and make the time to discuss things with you properly).
