Seems to be my second home at times. As a full-time Carer for my Mum who has high medicinal needs I can't thank them enough. Made to feel welcome and confident in their ability to provide professional and personable support to their customers. Well Done.

I have found all the staff to be absolutely amazing and friendly. They also gave me a card when I lost my father meant a lot to me.Won't go anywhere else.

The German lady pharmacist was very helpful and attentive to myself and my wife. We struck a chord with one another, given that I am German as well, and it was fun to speak our mother tongue with one another.

Had a few scripts filled and one was omitted so I returned to have this remedied and the pharmacist printed out a label requiring me to pay for the ones already dispensed. Make sure you check before you pay.

Overstuffed with make up, perfumes, hand bags. Looks more like a country small boutique than a pharmacy. Pharmacist totally disinterested in providing care and advise. Prescription medication sold at unjustified high prise, considering that they sell generic without even informing the patients

Emerald Pharmacy for me are the most caring and helpful staff they have been there for me when I lost my husband to brain cancer

My experiences have always been positive. The past 4 occasions excelled the previous.... I was served by Gigi, I required several items. Her knowledge, recommendations, timely manner and care for my welfare was beyond my expectations. Thankyou Gigi for providing so much support and care

I cannot thank the staff (in particular Louisa) enough. Last Monday while in Emerald I got stung by a bee. Instantly I panicked because when stung by a bee before I had swollen lips and tongue. This time I was stung on my neck so was worried about the reaction I was having. I walked in to pharmacy for help. Louisa spotted something was wrong straight away and thanks to her quick thinking I am still alive. Louise pulled out the sting and gave me antihistamines. While my condition continued to deteriorate she called the ambulance and administered an epipen while we waited for the ambulance. She methodically wrote down what happened. The paramedics arrived and were thoroughly impressed by her care (they told me she had given me the best pre ambulance care they had ever seen). When I saw the Dr in the emergency department she told me if it wasn’t for the quick thinking of Louisa I might not be alive as I had an anaphylactic reaction. Thanks so much Louisa and the team at Emerald Village Pharmacy.

A few days ago the pharmacist dropped our medication into our letter box on her way home, just to help us out as we were unable to come in.We were really grateful and overwhelmed by the support.My family has been blessed many times by the care and attention given by the staff at Emerald Pharmacy, they are leagues above the rest!

I have lived in Emerald for over 25 years, and during all that time have used Emerald Village Pharmacy for all my medication - and many other - needs.Over this very long period I have found Louisa and her staff of pharmacists and helpers unfailingly courteous, friendly and helpful. I know them all, as they know me, by name (and indeed, on the 'phone, by voice!)Recently, my wife had a severe reaction to a newly prescribed medication. We showed up at the pharmacy at exactly 6.30pm, as it was closing. The pharmacist on duty stayed back and helped to treat and alleviate the condition, using appropriate medication off the shelf. She stayed with us until the distressing symptoms subsided, and refused to take any money for the materials used.The Pharmacy has proven to be an important element in the community. Because health is so important to individuals, having a central, reliable source that will invariably have the correct medications when needed, and that knows much of its clientele - and many of their chronic conditions - personally, is an social asset.Thank you, Louisa and staff!
