The firm was representing me in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, custody - parenting arrangements. I received poor advice and poor representation from Rene Forshaw and (at that time) Stephanie Panovski. A gag order AKA section 121 of the Fam Law Act 1975 prohibits me from disclosing any particulars and from making public comments. In summary, I strongly do NOT recommend Forshaw Lawyers.

Rene Forshaw was representing my female friend in child custody issue. The firm gave bad advise to my friend to exaggerate the issues against her ex, that resulted in poor outcome for her in the end. Won't recommend.
