Delicious food and super friendly service. Piknik has something for everyone! It's a cafe, restaurant, bottle shop and a larder with all their delicious preserves and relishes. The prawn pasta on the specials board was so good - perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Greek lamb had us speechless, the moment it hit the table the smell of it was intoxicating and it didn't disappoint. The kids got spiders for the first time! I love that this place serves spiders!! Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service - word of advice if a family of four come in to ask if you have a table for 4 and you are fully booked, all that’s needed is a ‘unfortunately we’re fully booked’. What’s not needed is a waitress to just stand in front of us scowling and muttering to a colleague ‘they have no chance’ and not even address us at all. Terrible service, as locals will not be back and certainly won’t recommend. You’d think a cafe with no foot traffic would actually make an effort with potential customers and showing any degree of customer service.

Friendly service from all staff. Excellent coffee. Delicious meal. Cozy atmosphere. There are so many delicious options on the menu. Excellent selection of take-home wines and preserves.

Great place for a bit to eat or coffee, service is fast, friendly and the food is tasty. The Ruben sandwich is a winner, great mikshakes. Good selection of products for sale as well mustard, chutney etc. Plenty of seating, including large bench seat tables for bigger groups.
