Terrible service. Very rude when asked for help, didn't acknowledge me waiting at the register whilst the staff had a conversation 2 meters away. Walked out without buying anything.

We arrived to find a 75% off sale, the wife had a great time. We bought sheet sets for the grandkids for $10 each!Staff were friendly and helpful.

There are not many of these old fashioned wonderful stores left, so many memories of a slower gentler time. Best sheets and bedding ever, top quality at good prices. We buy for our guest house here, and get lots of compliments :)

The store is generally short staffed however I have found them all to be very polite, friendly and helpful. Not a huge range of fabrics but prices are good.

I have done a lot of shopping at lincraft in towoomba they have a lot of items I have got a lot of tavesty through them they have small and big tavesty with all kinds of patterns and I am enjoying doing them I live in a area where we don't have a lincraft shop so when I get to towoomba I always go there I love the shopping there I give them a five star rating there shelves are always they have lovely customer service it is will worth a look if you don't know where something is the ladies will always help you there prices are reasonable it would be a shop that I would go back to Maryellen

It's a big store with upper level and have many products or stocks like art & craft, fabric, haberdashery, home & window furnishings, manchester as well as yarn. It's really interesting place to shop and they have good cheap and affordable prices during sales time, like after Christmas, half year and storewide.
