Sold me a lemon he was terrible

Good bloke worst mechanicTakes parts off your bikes to fix others an also takes parts off customers bike to fix yours (not good at all)Bike sat in his shop for him to push it back for 6months an he even tells you to call him on this day for him to have knocked back your bikeIf his effort of talking was put into working on bikes maybe something different would come out of that shop!Needless to say got the bike back rode it to work the next day died in its guts on the way home (great ride was only 10mins).Also promises to get you parts an totally forgets or doesn’t do it at all.Takes in to much work that he can’t even keep up with !

I came to Motocross madness the other day to get a tyre change on my xr80. When i arrived home, i found that the tyre kept deflating as much as i pumped it up. So i took it back to motocross madness and Shaun put a new tube in no fuss free of charge. shaun is a good guy. Would come back

I had a problem with my right side mirror on my KTM Duke 390 after I tried to screw it in only to find out it was reverse threaded and nearly stripped the threading. I rode all day, even to businesses out to Penrith who didn't even attempt to look at it and fix it. After a quick stop at a local gas station, a motorbike store steered me into the direction of Moto Madness. As soon as I arrived, Shawn was more than willing to help with my problem. He fixed the issue with a power drill and long behold, my right side mirror was working and firm. We had a good old chat about my occupation and he offered to fix my bike in the future and even pointed out some of the places that were.genuine or not. Thank you Shawn for your hospitality and frankness, very rare to find someone so humble and willing to help. Will be going back for future servicing and advise of motorcycle repairs after this charade of events. I offered money for his services but he was unwilling to accept due to his well mannered nature Highly recommended.

Shaun is a good guy but awful mechanic. Took my bike to him to do a major service and I had to take it back TWICE to fix his mistake ... TWICE.He had my partners bike for over 2 months and when we came to collect it, it was still in pieces - and yes we called 2 days in advance, but apparently two months wasn’t enough time.He never calls you back when he says he will and he always makes excuses.Would not recommend.

if only Shaun worked as much as he talked. Had to go to another mechanic to fix the terrible work done. kept saying my exhaust was the issue and not acknowledging it was his poor workmanship. rushed work and alot of time wasted off my summer riding days. 2 trips to motorcross madness and couldnt fix the issue.

I called to ask a simple question he came across very rude and blunt just because he doesn't deal with Chinese products it wasn't necessary that's not how you talk to anyone.

Motocross madness has been servicing my bikes for years, I have had everything from basic services to full rebuilds done and every time the job has been done properly.I recommend taking your bike to them if you need some work done.

Sean is good to go. He goes out of his way to ensure that your bike is running perfectly, and has a quick turn around
