everything I can think of to say about Garry has already been said below : meticulous, knowledgable, reliable, honest , above and beyond, punctual and available within hours at times when other companies don't even return calls, nice, incredibly friendly guy.That equates to 8 out of 5 so Google's rating does not allow me to do proper justice to the old school quality services of a provider of 30 yrs service in roller door repair and install.In short, you are unlikely to get better value for money and service from anyone else.

Gary recently installed new automatic roller doors at our Capalaba residence. He was very meticulous in doing the job and very knowledgable about everything. He went to a lot of trouble above and beyond a normal installation and thus ensured everything was perfect. Gary is also a nice friendly guy. Thanks Gary!

Gary was incredibly rude when I called about a fault with my garage door motor. I mean REALLY rude. It was clear if you have a warranty issue, he was not interested in helping. So I contacted the manufacturer, Merlin (the best quality controller on the market) directly to discover Gary had been removed from their official supplier list because of his behaviour. Thankfully they helped fix my problem promptly. I would avoid using Gary at ALL costs - an incredibly nasty man.

From first enquiry early in the morning to meeting just a few hours later, Gary was very reliable, honest and punctual. Other companies didn't even return my calls. He fixed the job and gave us lots of advice to get the best results. Highly knowledgeable. He fixed our roller door and installed a remote system for us.
