Fabiola was the best personal trainer I have had. If you have a goal in mind, nothing is impossible with her, believe me. My confidence was boosted and I learned how strong my body was. A year ago I started exercising with Fabiola as my trainer.Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Fabiola I knew that she was the perfect coach for me.She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program.Her infectious optimism make exercise fun. Fabi works hard to tailor her program to the client’s level, assists in setting realizable goals and when met makes getting to the next level achievable.
