I come here to use the infrared sauna every now and then. It’s clean, has all the amenities you need and peaceful.Staff are always friendly too.Great to have a facility like this in Marrickville!

The magnesium hot and cold spa and sauna at Strive Wellness is fantastic. Incredibly relaxing. The staff are really lovely and the facilities are brand new. Highly recommend joining. It’s the only hot and cold magnesium spa I know of in the area. Fantastic for calming the nervous system.

Strive wellness is the bomb! Amazing service and staff. Ultra clean studios and top notch equipment. I’ve been going 3 times a week to their infra red saunas and feel like a Queen. Also great massage from gabby. (Shhh we don’t want her booking out). Run down there now.

Went in today for an infrared sauna and a float with the wife. The lady showing us around was super welcoming and helpful. The facilities are premium and tidy, with a shower in both the sauna and floats rooms. The float tank for couples is more like a small pool - defs enough room for two and the starry night effect on the ceiling is a nice touch.It’s a relaxed vibe in thereLove to see a business like this doing well making people feel well.Wish I knew they were here when they opened!

The infra red sauna was incredibly relaxing and great for unwinding the muscles. The float pool was exactly what I needed. Did not expect how relaxing and rehabilitating it would be. Facilities are brand new, super clean and friendliest staff to accommodate. Can’t wait to come back again!

Booked a couples 60’min float session and we both loved it!Effortlessly floating in the pool allowed every muscle in my body to relax! There’s honestly nothing like it!The friendly staff, & clean amenities also made the experience even better!
