Disgusting service! Have been here before and after accidentally asking for the wrong thing on one occasion, and apologising, had to put up with snide sarcastic comments from the lady who appeared to be in charge as well as conversations about me between the salon workers. I was charged for all of the time they spent on me so they weren’t out of pocket; and then didn’t give me the $5 discount on my loyalty card saying ‘I give it to you next time.’ There won’t be a next time! Never again Pearl Nails, there’s too much competition out there for this behaviour.

I went in to get my acrylic nails removed since one had ripped up my nail from the nail bed and I needed more help on removing it delicatley.First the lady hurt me more and did not apologise. She then burnt me twice with the grinder. To tip it off she was using unsanitised instruments since she had to clean off someone elses nail and gunk from her clippers right in front of me before using them on me.I should also mention this was at the beginning of Covid-19 so if they can't even follow basic hygene I would avoid at all costs.

My wife was given an appointment and when she arrived she was yelled at and was asked to leave if she wasn’t prepared to wait. The lady was Asian in appearance and embarrassed us and made us feel like we were doing something wrong. We can’t review their ability to do nails because we never made it to the seat! By the way, the shop was full of customers and everyone was rolling their eyes with discontent. Ain’t going back in a rush!

The worst nail experience i have ever had.I was throughly disappointed not only in the carelessness and lack of training in the staff but their lack of the correct products to even do a basic french tip?! They do not have white or pink acrylic only clear.If you want fake painted nails that will be filed raw before poorly applied tips and acrylic, then this is your place!!I had high hopes as this is very close to me, but it seems i'll have to go elsewhere,Its been weeks and my nails are still sensitive from being filed down too much, i was cut several times by carelessness of my nail technician.For the record I have worked as a nail technician and as had my mother for many years and this is simply not how its done.

The girl who did my nails was very friendly and u could tell she really takes pride in her work. Very happy customer, will return :)

The Parlour is now called Platinum Nails actually.It's always been a pleasant experience to have my nails done there. All the staff is very nice and listen to what I like, my favourite people are: Belle, Fong and Kenny.I'd recommend you to five it a go.There are other good parlours but they are further away from home. This one is the closest to my house and is about 10 km away.

Not my favourite nail place.Due to covid only certain number of people allowed in the store at once; which I completely understand but I found the guy (who I’m pretty sure who is the owner) to be a rather rude when stating so.Nails were ruined before I even left the store because they were not dry properly but the guy insisted they were done and I could leave.Definitely don’t recommend.

Super friendly customer service and did and amazing job on me and my mums nails. My mum has low vision so they brought water to her for her to wash her hands and the LED light so she didn't have to get up.

I went in today and got the best nails I’ve ever gotten in my life! Haylie did mine, and the shape, length and everything was perfect and exactly what I wanted. She was also very nice as well. Over all, they turned out so perfect. Even from underneath, there are no lumps and it’s so smooth and even. She did the nail art I asked for absolutely perfect!!! From now on, I will only be getting my nails done here. The quality was amazing! Go Haylie.
