Great stock, lovely staff and yummy lollies. My only problem is the free delivery at the moment during covid, it is taking at least 2 weeks to get to me and i could have driven there in 20 minutes.

The Professors Online Lolly Shop and Confectionery were so helpful with my order, they held it for a month on my request to wait until it was cooler to ship 17kgs worth of Sweet Treats Choc hearts - White (1kg bag) from NSW > QLD. The shipment was made overnight and arrived the next day. It was package with care and no troubles. Competitively priced compared to my local confectionery stores. Had been hunting for a bulk-buy lolly supplier for my wedding favours and The Professors fit the bill. Fresh and yummy, I highly recommend them if you need bulk-supplies.

The prices are right and the products arrive quickly. Spend enough and the delivery is free. I really can’t complain - I’ve been buying from here for years and never had an issue

***After recent ordering issues/customer service/sick & tired of dealing with companies that really don't care if you're happy or not because you're only 1 order out of 100's/ can't be bothered with the mental drain of having to deal with back & forth emails....again(proving MY innocence), trying to prove that what they did & what THEY decided was the fix was totally wrong, didn't even really discuss it with me, just told me 'what was what', with almost no care in the world. I'm dropping it down to 2 stars.Some of the products are a bit more expensive than other places. And sometimes they're out of stock of items. So I usually shop around. But they have good customer service & shipment is usually pretty good.

My last order, which is an online order, contained a pack of FOUR glass bottles of some Harry Potter butterscotch soda. A friend's son had waited ages for it to be available so I purchased it with other items. It arrived with ONE bottle smashed and glass slithers over everything including the 3 other bottles. Which I couldn't see any physical damage but covered in broken glass. The store decided I was entitled to a refund for the broken bottle only plus 1 other non related item I mentioned was a gift. Not the whole pack.of 4 that was useless. I was not going to let anyone drink from bottles that have potentially been damaged and had shards of glass all over them including the mouth piece. I queried this but got a terse email stating that was company policy!!!

Purchased a heap of different lollies & chocolates to be able to have a candy buffet for a work event. Purchased online - everything arrived in plenty of time; was easy to shop by colour; prices were fairly reasonable & I loved that over a certain amount - free shipping! And even tho I didn't get to eat much from it, the candy buffet was a very popular addition to the night. Thank you so much!

An amazing array of confectionery. Not just Australian but goods from around the world.A simple process, grab a basket. Try not to drool as you go around. Very nice staff and a simple purchasing process.I will return.

Purchased from you many times...And purchased 1 item in particular a few times with no problems!!(It's got nothing to do with how they are stored, I've had no problems with this item in the past!!)I purchase from you to resell and I rarely eat lollies to trial myself, I only expect that I am receiving a up to scratch product.Little did I know that 2x boxes of 200 individually wrapped items, were faulty! I did not know for a couple of months until somebody complained to me!I tried to phone you weeks earlier, I left a message, and no body phoned me back! I finally hold of you and you tell me there's nothing you can do with YOUR faulty item.Thanks for nothing, and way to look after your customers!! If you decide you are willing to help solve this I am willing to change my review.
