A great company, if would like a 2.5 hour salesman pitch and wait for about 4-5 months or more not get your system. Yeah go for it!! I love these guys I only spent $6500 and I still don't have a system installed after 4 months, don,t ask for refund you will be told that they are not at liberty to provide that service. These guys are gold, to this day I am still waiting for an installation date since 22 November 2022. The contractors who they sent had never installed a Redearth system and could not tell how to configure remote monitoring or anything to do with the system. The contractors changed all of my breakers in my switch board but did not label anything. The contractors kicked my roof tiles and broke 3 of them. Looks like I will have to contact Redearth directly to understand what is actually happening with my Solar system. FYI

Very easy to deal with and extremely good service. Panels fitted in 1 day very friendly and non intrusive installers. Very happy

We had someone come and quote us for a upgraded solar system for our house….Let me start this off by saying the man that attended our property was nice and wasn’t rude during the process until the end.We had him come to our home and quote for a new 13kw system as well as the possibility of a battery set up.He took two and a half hours to run though three binders of printed Out pictures and animations from word and also couldn’t stop talking about how premium their products was ect ect I knew where it was leading to and that was a overinflated priced.I wasn’t given any formal quote or a break down of what was included just him writing in a book the cost of the system came in at $32,000 and then asked me if I was willing to do a deal today……. Like really no itemised quote or explanation of the breakdown of costs.I told him that I wasn’t prepared to “do a deal today” as there wasn’t a quote of any kind he said “I am the quote “???I was really disappointed that he didn’t give me a formal quote as well as the fact that his attitude changed immensely after I said I wasn’t willing to cough up $32,000 “today”This was three weeks ago and I haven’t heard from him since even though he said he would call to follow up.The funniest part of all was that the gentleman on the phone that booked the appointment for me said I am sending out my best sale consultant and he is very knowledgeable and experienced.Yours truly a very confused consumer

No impressed at all. Sales team knows how to sell you their product. Customer service after the installation is non existent. Got my panels back in November 2020. Not the cheapest around, so was hoping for a better quality. 8 months later my bills are still the same. No difference at all. That is over $10K worth of solar panels, that should certainly justify the investment. Tried to get an advice from the main office. Months later I’m still waiting for the call back. Absolutely disgraceful & disappointing.
