I don't normally review restaurants but Wow! What an amazing place. Excellent service from Michael and Alisa and incredible steaks. Very unexpected as we were just looking for somewhere in the area for lunch and found something better than the steak restaurants we'd usually go to in the city. Look forward to trying their breakfast as the steaks were stand out. Also family friendly. We have no relationship to the restaurant - just a real gem.

Over all okay experience. First time visit, very average. Food took so long to arrive. Burger didn’t have enough fillings, just felt little dissatisfied as other burger joint you get a full mouth full for max $18! And this was $25!Just needs more friendly wait staff, the guy was good however the girl hardly smiled!Parking is a disaster! Only foot traffic crowd!

A great experience with incredible food. The staff were all very attentive and friendly from the moment we stepped through the door. They were quick to provide menus and water as soon as we sat down. And even came out with colouring paper and pencils for our child. The staff all made easy conversation with us as they served us, which we loved. The food and drinks came out very quickly! The quality of the food and drinks was incredible. We ordered the mixed selection of ribs, and they did not disappoint. The meat all just fell off the bone, and the glazes were well balanced. The cocktails were also of high calibre. We were there celebrating my birthday, so the staff also sang happy birthday when the cake was bought out. Overall an amazing dining experience. I would highly recommend The Butcher's Block. Definitely will be back.

Service was great and the starters were terrific and presentable. However, our medium rare tomahawk although it was presentable, it was very tough, difficult to eat and wasn't enjoyable.

Wow ! Great serving portions. Fresh ingredients. Reasonable prices. Modern ambience. I am fully satisfied. I couldn't be happier to come and eat here. You leave this place certainly feeling full and importantly really happy which is exactly what you want. 10/10 for Granville's The Butcher's Block cafe/Restaurant. From a very satisfied customer. Plus theres a toliet located in the Restaurant too.

We went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. I was surprised to find such a gem in Granville having lived nearby for years. The food was absolutely divine and the atmosphere was nice. If I have any gripe, it's with the prices. Some were reasonable but I felt the price point was a little too high for others. Overall, a nice evening out. We plan to visit again in the near future.

Really great menu with lots of food and drink options including halal options. We had the rib eye Wagyu and was cooked perfectly and well seasoned, the beef short ribs were nice and tender, the garlic prawns were amazing. Great place a little expensive but worth it.

Conveniently located around 5 minutes walking time from Granville railway station, The Butcher's Block offers a relaxed dining experience, with nice decor and exceptional customer service.We arrived around Midday, and were met by a member of the wait staff who directed us to our table. Moments later the menus arrived, and then the glasses of water, which were kept topped up during our meal. Our waiter even offered to take a photo of us with my phone. After examining the menu, we opted for the Lamb Shoulder to share, and a serving of Sweet Potato Fries. For drinks we got a Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie, and a Bloody Block " cocktail.Our drinks arrived quickly

The food is good.Highly recommend the chicken panko bowl.The lamb shoulder was a bit disappointing as it was a hit and miss for me - too much sauce and strong lamb taste. The ribs was perfect and highly recommend this.This place has become our go to place for brunch
