Assess your QA system and your customer service.This will be the second time returning the healthy choice air fryer, bought at Myer and with an electrical fault, after a refund and having to purchase another which was sent out from the Lenoxx depot to me, I find numerous amount of scuff marks and the basket not in line.I decided to call Lenoxx directly right before knock off time, what a mistake that was, no apology, the team member was not interested in finding a solution though sumed it up by telling me to drive to the Lenoxx head office to swap it over, appalling.

I Returned a Lennox scooter on the 12th of August as the packaging had been opened and it was missing pieces. I Put it together unfortunately the screws would not line up and screws shedded .Tried to take the scooter up a small incline but it stopped working. I Rang up Elise from Lennox electrical she arranged postage return that was over a month ago. I have phoned and email them with no response from them. I bought the scooter from Groupon on the 28th of July, You can only email Groupon which I have eight times being told I will get a full refund which has not occurred YET. I now know why you can’t ring Groupon I will never buy another product them so off to small claims tribunal. For $699. Steer clear from both companies I say

I have nothing but immense praise and admiration for the way my warranty issue was dealt with recently.I purchased a Lenoxx Large 10L Family size Air Fryer and within a week it had a malfunction.I reported the issue on 23.1.20 and a decision was made by Elise De-Simone of Service and Warranty on 3.2.20 to replace the unit.The communication was clear and concise, no toing and froing blame or excuses, not like other inline purchases I have had.Thank you Elise for you outstanding Customer Service, with your clear thinking and decision making attitude you are an asset to your company, kind regards.

I bought a turntable through TVSN. $200. 1 year warranty. 20 months in the thing died. Fair enough. It happens. Eli and Elise at Lennoxx are bizzare. I would suggest they have mental health issues. They sure don't get customer service. They carry on like a couple of kids in their parents garage. Don't buy Lenoxx if you want anything bar a hassle. They are lunatics.

We had a problem with a product that we bought and contacted Lenoxx directly. We received a prompt reply from Elise. She was very helpful and advised us to return the product for repair reply paid. There was no financial outlay for us. It was returned repaired very quickly. We are extremely pleased with their after sales service. It is second to none. I would highly recommend dealing with this company.

We purchased a children's kitchen toy set from this supplier. I was absolutely appalled at the shoddy quality of the components let alone the horrendous design. Children should not be near this thing as it will collapse in a light breeze, say from a ceiling fan. Glad I decided to build it before Christmas day so that our child doesn't even have to see it. Straight to the recycling bin it goes.

When things go wrong with a purchase, you want to know that you can count on the organisation to fix it and make it right.This was my first experience with Lenoxx Electronics so I wasn’t sure what to expect.But WOW !!! I have been so impressed with how this was handled and resolved by them.Elise has been amazing, a prompt and efficient communicator, demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, took ownership and followed through and solutions driven.Thank you for providing such great service Elise, you are great brand ambassador and an asset to your organisation!!

No support, worst customer service

I was gifted a second hand Lennox stick vacuum. I had not heard of the brand before, but was grateful to be able to replace my old vacuum with something more lightweight and modern.However, when I got it home, it didn't work properly. It would power up for a couple of seconds then switch itself off. I had it on a charger for 3 days, but nothing changed.So, I had the good fortune to connect with Else at Lenoxx Electronics. I explained my problem to her. She asked me to send the vacuum to her in Melbourne (I am in Sydney) and that a) transport costs would be paid by them and b) they would take a look at it.Elise kept me apprised of progress and they deemed the charger that I had been given was not the correct one for the appliance.Elise then said she would return the vacuum with a new charger. No cost to me for the new charger and no cost for the tech's time to look into the problem.I am blown away by Elise's service and how the issue has been handled and resolved. I would say this is customer service above and beyond" (especially as it was not a newly purchased item). I was so impressed I had to write this review to recommend their service and

My daughter received the toy piano for Christmas. Unfortunately the microphone broke on it. I emailed the customer support & Elise got back to me straight away and also posted out a replacement microphone. They were extremely punctual and polite to deal with. 10/10 would recommend.
