If I could do a minus 10 I would. He doesn't deserve even one star.The most appalling lack of customer service I've ever experienced. I have been waiting five weeks now for my flooring to be laid. I've been told you didn't let us put the heater on to dry out the flooring so it's delayed" nice way to speak to a customer. Why not blame them. Hell its only a $8000. Job. After week 1 I was told the floors not dry. After week 2 the floors not dry. After week 3 we are all sick. After week four and 3 phone calls to head office in Melbourne

The staffs, Jim and Rebecca are very friendly and knowledgable. They were not pushy at all and willing to share their suggestion and knowledge.Definitely should give them a try.
