Hugely disappointed with the quality of our expensive, super king Hypnos Balmoral. Purchased a 'Firm' via Beds N Dreams on the basis it could be exchanged. It was so hard, it seemed almost impossible to equate it with luxury. So we appreciated the agreement we could switch to 'Medium'. But it is way too soft, and not in a luxurious way but in a poor- quality-materials-used kind-of-way. It collapses. I travel a lot so think I know a decent mattress. These Hypnos beds are phoney in my opinion, I suspect they are paying for the good reviews on BedBuyer but building cheaply - for us this company, Mattress Resources has ruined a well known quality British mattress brand. So disappointed, after almost one year we are going to buy another less expensive, better quality mattress.
