Telstra Pacific Fair

These guys are always so busy, but when you turn up & put your name down & wait to be served (plan to shop or coffee before you are served). Both times the service has been above & beyond. Nathan set me up with my new phone & plan which is a decent process, but he made it a very pleasant experience with good humour & general chat throughout.Yesterday I went in to buy a watch & was looked after by Oscar who was extremely diligent & proficient, whilst providing such great customer service, even my 12 year old said, ‘Wow, that guy went above and beyond!’ He’s going to be an amazing teacher one day. I had an ongoing issue with my Samsung phone from Telstra, got served my Tamara who was honestly the friendliest, most helpful Telstra staff member EVER. Restored my issues so quickly and efficiently. I have been to heaps of telstra stores over the years and this is the first time the store attendant was willing to help and find a solution quickly and in store. Thanks guys, I will make Pac Fair my go to telstra store!!

I'm not a fan of leaving negative feedback but this was so bad it's comical.I visited the Telstra retail outlet in Pacific Fair today. I had three different issues I needed help with for my business. I was met by a man that divulged he was the manager named 'Sid'.I thought 'fantastic I can get everything resolved with his expertise and back to work'. I have been to the store so many times and the service is absolutely appalling. Is there any way we can write it -100 the manager unhelpful rude and totally robotic in her nature and her answers. Typical Telstra given that we have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the Internet, every one of those at the suggestion of the store it is embarrassing that on a day off one must go in no appointments, but people at walk-in get appointments and she did nothing to assist. Nothing to help and was totally oblivious to requirements that did not appear anywhere would not rate her. If they were millions of dollars been given away cannot advise anyone to ever go there. It is the most useless store that I’ve ever been to.

I can only give a 1 star review as despite calling the branch to check on stock, and leaving a message on the voicemail in the morning, they still haven't called me back. If you are a national telecoms company, you need to be red hot with your communications, getting back to people before the end of the day. No store is too busy to ignore the telephone all day.

Telstra at pacific Fair Provides an excellent service my mother and I have never received any bad service there at any time there've always been extremely helpful to both of us when needed and are happy to spend as much time as we need in order to resolve any problems.Thank you Telstra pacific Fair continue the great work

Standard Telstra shop completely useless and customer service is abysmal. So if you like being told by 13-year-old, you don't know what you're talking about, then this is the place for you!
